The Online Marketing System

Now let’s focus on the Internet side of marketing.  Internet marketing is simply a means to an end.  Its sole purpose is to increase your retail sales and introduce you to an endless supply of semi-warm leads.  After that it is your job to contact these new leads and figure out if they will be a good addition to your business system or if they are a waste of time in business terms.

Always treat every lead with respect and care, even if they appear disinterested…you never know what is going on in their head.  Sometimes your words to your prospect can be triggered later by something else that prospect reads or hears about…and they will end up coming back to you because you planted a seed for them.

If you treat them with kindness and respect…even if they are not interested they will remember the conversation as a positive experience.  Make an effort to care about them.

People Buy The Hope Of Success With Online Marketing

People like to buy hope and they also like to buy into a system that will help them attain their goals.  You need a system that offers hope and explains how your customers can attain their goals.  If you are really serious about blending Online Marketing or Internet Marketing with Network/MLM Marketing then you have to use a duplicatable system.

An Online Marketing system consists of two primary components.

  1. The sales page which converts your prospects into customers.
  2. Driving traffic to that sales page.

  • If you sign them up as associates to get the product or service then when their friends sign up under them they will automatically be part of the business. You can tell them they have earned a commission and they see how easy it is.
  • Giving referrals makes them eligible for business volume of people we might put under them.
  • Give them something they can connect with … I was able to pay my _________ . (fill in your bill here). Then stop talking.
  • Look for someone reaching…with interest.

Once they do reach in interest…

  • If anyone expresses interest in the business put them on the phone with your support line leader.
  • Find your upline leader who will help you with third party phone calls.
  • Schedule a conference call with support line leader and your prospect.

Get skilled at scheduling. 24 hours notice is nice.

What does a support line leader do. They discuss things like:

  • Here is what the business is
  • Where we are headed
  • What kind of sales – past and future
  • Network – Word of mouth marketing
  • Share their personal story.
  • I can pay my (car payment, house payment)

Study thirty minutes a day. About your company to learn how it works so can be a leader.

Build belief: What level 1 – 10 of belief do you have about this product.

What about network marketing? 1 – 10 

When you get low scores from your prosect…you need to overcome that perception.
Ask your prospect. Why did you rate it so low?
Possible Answers. Bad experience.  Mismanagement

Here are some logical arguments to overcome perception issues.

  • Was your spouse the first person you ever dated?
  • Do you remember your first date? Did not work out
  • What if you just stopped dating and never met your spouse?
  • You need to keep trying.

What is your ambition level?
Comes from within.
It’s either there or it’s not.

People need to know they have to pull their weight.
How much time do you have to devote to Isagenix as a business?

  • Part time, full time, number of hours.
  • What are your goals short term and long term?
  • How many people you want to sign up? IMPORTANT
  • How many people you want to talk to per day? VERY IMPORTANT
  • Even 1 person per day.
  • Share every single day. (except Sunday)
  • Keep pumping the pump to get a steady flow.
  • Hold people gently accountable…to their goals.
  • Does your spouse support you in doing the business?
  • Do you believe you will be successful?
  • Do you have a computer and internet access?
  • Can you do a three way call?
  • Launch them and help them.
  • Take ownership as a sponsor and insure their success.

I kept this set of notes simple and short because this information is condensed into basic powerful steps. You really need to think about what each of these steps mean and how you will personally implement them. These steps require you to DO something rather than just dreaming about doing something.

As an offline system to build your business, it really does not get much simpler than this. You can see from these notes that it requires you to care about your prospective customer or associate. Just taking a little bit of time to find out how they are doing will make all the difference in their lives and in their business.

How To: Generating WARM Market Referrals For Network Marketing

It is important to mine relationships 3 to 4 generations deep. Friends of friends of friends of friends. For an endless stream of warm market referrals. Friends of family are usually coachable.

Rule 1 – Build A Support Team For Witness Referrals

  • Encourage your prospects to build a support team if they are using a product – 50% better results avg.
  • Made of loving caring people who encourage and recognize their success.
  • Prospect has to opt in for support and embrace it.
  • Ask: How committed are you to doing this program (they should be a 10) otherwise find out.
  • How high is your level of motivation (low, med, high)
  • Make them write the words “Whatever It Takes” because that is what it takes.
  • Have them sign their commitment.
  • Last thing…ask them. Would you agree that your family, friends, and daily associates have an effect       on your outcome. The answer should be yes. “Good with that in mind …go ask your closest 4 friends or more to support you. Make sure your support team knows about this.” This will generate referrals.
  • Suggestion…go on Facebook and tell your people about the results you have had.

Rule 2 – It’s More Fun To Work With Other People

  • Get referrals before you get started. Find someone to do the system with you.
  • Produces better results. Groups are better.
  • It’s more fun to work with others.
  • Call your friends…you want to do this with me?
  • If this works for you would you be willing to refer me to 3 or 4 of your friends. Remind them at the end of  their first run through the system or at the first sign of their success.
  • Do home parties.
  • Get other people to do home parties.

Warm Market Referrals Are Important!

Three Way Call Follow Up With Your Prospect in Network MarketingFor validation purposes: another living breathing person thinks this is valuable.  When you call your prospect (like you promised you would…and then introduce your upline to talk to your prospect…it creates a strong synergy of interest in your prospect.

Some people need a higher authority than you. If you are talking to a doctor or perhaps an athletic professional…or anyone else of high office or stature, it is natural for them to want more proof and authoritative answers from another trusted professional. So let’s give that to them without them even asking.  Introduce your upline who can explain the advantages of your product

How Do You Follow Up With A Three Way Call?

  • Contact your upline expert
  • Make the call (make sure it’s a good time)
  • Introduce your upline to your prospect as someone who knows more answers than you do.
  • Edify your third party expert…then stop talking.
  • Tell your prospect you are grateful that your friend could help you with answers.
  • Do not interrupt your support line leader. It discredits them.

Get To Know Your Prospect For Further Follow Up

Ask questions about your prospect’s family, occupation, goals, and any other details that seem important to your prospect. make sure you write it down. It’s not a bad idea to keep a notebook or file on each potential prospect.

  • Add notes as you talk with them so you can talk about their personal things later.
  • Develop the relationship.
  • Follow your prospect’s progress with the business or product.
  • Call your prospect at regular intervals.
  • Get their reaction and encourage them.
  • Make sure you follow up and know what your prospects are doing.

Let Your Prospect / Downline Know You Care By Following Up

  • Send weekly emails or newsletters.
  • Support your downline
  • Help your downline support their new prospects

If you are the downline engage your upline for assistance. I had to actively seek support from my upline.  As a general rule, your upline will try to help you more if you are actually making some progress on your own.  Your upline will see that you are doing some business and that they would benefit from helping you. It will benefit you more if you make an effort to get to know your upline and enlist their support.
